Sculpta collects no data. None.

This policy covers the Sculpta iOS app and the website at sculpta.my.id.

The app

1. No data collection. The app does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. It contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, and no tracking of any kind.

2. No accounts. The app does not require or offer user accounts. You never provide a name, email, or any identifier.

3. Local-only storage. Your artworks, replay videos, and saved files are stored entirely on your device. They are never uploaded to any server. If you delete the app, all data is deleted with it.

4. Saving to Photos is optional. If you tap “Save Hi-Res” or save a time-lapse, the app adds the finished image or video to your Photos library. This uses Apple’s add-only photo permission — the app can only add new items and cannot read, browse, or modify your existing photos. Nothing leaves your device.

5. Sharing is yours. When you use the share button, the app passes your artwork image or video directly to the iOS system share sheet. What you do there (Messages, Instagram, etc.) is governed by those apps’ policies, not ours.

6. No AI, no network. The app performs all painting, relief and export rendering entirely on your device using its own graphics engine. It makes no network requests and sends no data anywhere.

7. Children. The app is safe for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children.

The website

This website does not use analytics, cookies, or an email signup form. If you choose to contact me, your email is handled by your email provider and mine solely for that conversation.
